Thanks to the cooperation of various experiences, the National Observatory can define a set of indicators (technological, organizational, economical and clinical) necessary for a compared evaluation of networks and projects and for the definition of shared best practises. The construction of an Internet networking map improves the accessibility and the effectiveness of the online services for citizens.
